Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send a return item before contacting us. All emails regarding refunds and exchanges must be sent to the following email address and quote the order number in the subject line.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns must be sent with tracking.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% fee when paying with Afterpay, 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged so please choose carefully. We also cannot offer a store credit on Sale items.
Please read the product and sizing description carefully to ensure correct product and size selection before purchasing however, if you wish to return your purchase for sizing reasons we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit or refund if we don't have the size you require in stock.

Items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date of your package. Items must be received within 14 days of applying for an exchange. After this time, it will not be accepted.
The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. We will inspect the returned item/s before we issue an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
The item/s will need to be posted back to us at your expense. Return postage costs to you will be determined upon receiving your items and we will send a request for postage payment via your PayPal email address.
Please allow up to 3 days for your exchange to be processed, you will receive an email once the new item is back on its way.
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, so all items must be returned with tracking.
Please do not mark your parcel 'return to sender', as we are charged for these returns and the cost will be passed onto the buyer.
We do our very best to ensure all items are checked and pass our strict quality control guidelines however on the odd occasion an item may slip through the cracks.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us straight away so we can sort it out for you quickly! Please apply for an exchange no longer than 30 days from the date of your package being delivered. If your item is deemed faulty we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage. Once we are notified of a fault, we must receive the faulty item/s back within 14 days. After this time, it will not be eligible for return.
